where can I find the typical heat transfer coefficient for air coolers? Thanks.

you will need to be a little bit more specific: fins or no fins, forced draft or natural draft, etc.

suggest you start at:
1) GPSA data book,
2) manufacturer's, (Hammco, SmithCo - both located in Tulsa), and you may likely need to provide them process conditions.
