I'm fairly new to FEA and am learning FEMAP currently. I have an output file with a fairly large list of outputs. Of which, It has a repetitive naming convention. I have Stress and Strain outputs with the following naming.
Solid
SolidC1
SolidC2
SolidC3
SolidC5

For example, the output "Solid Von Mises Stress" is ~16000, but "SolidC2 Von Mises Stress" is ~22000.

I am not sure what each one represents within FEMAP. Any hints to what they mean would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Yamamotokd,

C1 means Elm corner 1, C2 means Elm corner 2... In fact, if you select the output corner data, then you will have an output for each corner of each element in addition of the element centroid output (solid).

Go to analysis manager under Nastran Output Requests and uncheck Element Corner Results then see what it does change in your output file. To learn more about how Femap deal with this refers to Femap Help / Commands / 8.Post-Processing / 8.2.2.2 Selecting data for a deformed or contour style / paragraph Data conversion.
