Glue forces output request in Femap

Anyone know how to request glue forces output for MSC Nastran using Femap? Im having a difficult time finding this.

I am modeling the bond between two dissimilar meshes as glue, and trying to figure out the forces/stress in the bond.

modelling the glue as elements ? why wouldn't these elements be part of element force output ??

Glue in Nastran are not elements, they are "connections." I think Nastran internally & automatically creates invisible RBE elements that associate a set of nodes in a group of elements, with another set of nodes on another group of elements. Loads and/or moments can then transfer across the paired node sets.

Apparently in NX Nastran you are able to get glue forces output at the boundary of the connections. I was finally able to get this in MSC Nastran using freebody nodal forces output requests at either side of the glued components.

Do you know what needs to be added into the msc nastran input deck to request glue force output?
 
@rb1957: Yup! grid point forces are what im calling freebody forces (GPFORCE output request)

@TG_eng: I dont know, and still dont - but Im glad to have found a work around. All the tutorials i found online showed that NX Nastran has this output capability, not sure why MSC doesnt. Seems like NX has more capabilities than MSC in several aspects.

FYI the whole reason for using glue in the first place was making it easy to connect two dissimilar meshes without too much manual effort. I was modeling two components bonded together.
