I doubt that any of those oxides will outgas at such low temperatures (but I just looked, and was surprised that I couldn't find any of those oxides listed in my old 40th ed., rats! - but you can make some guesstimates from listed b.p. and m.p. of the compounds too).
More likely is that any absorbed water (including hydrated oxides) will tend to cook off around 100 C, depending on the temperature and vacuum conditions.
