hello all

Can someone help me find this chapter in AISC 360 -16 code

my version nnumbering is shown as 16.1-145 the section that I want to check is the out of plane transverse loads which is indicated in 9-16 page . ( I can't find this page because my numbering differs from it )

The first image you posted is part of AISC 360, as you stated. The second image is not part of the actual code, it is part of the steel construction manual (which includes AISC 360 as well as lots of other info). I know that AISC 360 is available online for free, however you will need to purchase the steel construction manual to find the info that is presented in your second image.
 
What you circled in the first picture is the page number the section is on the left hand side, J10.
