Can you please outline for me behavior(flow rates /pressure/ of fluid in oscillating converging flow in y connector with possible parallel tubes

As with your other question, the mass flow parameters and also the fluid viscosity and density all play a part in the flow characteristics.

If you need to know for sure, or if you need to mix fluid then CFD will be required. If you just need to know the delta P, then just make an allowance.
