ORP control in chemical scrubber for odor control

I found that pH range in chemical scrubber using NaOH and NaClO for odor control was pointed out by some engineering companies. However, ORP range was rarely mentioned, even though they indicated that it was very important to control ORP.
Could anyone tell me the range of ORP and pH we should control in chemical scrubber using NaOH and NaClO?
