Hi.
Never tried it this way.

Can anyone tell me how to size a oriface. Where can I find a formula/s for this.
I need the oriface size for a 1cc/min leak @ 3.5PSi.

Have you got a copy of Crane flow of fluid's? The formulas are on pages 3-4 or 3-5 in the English unit edition. They also have an SI version but I don't have it here at work to check the page numbers.

The equation includes a term for an orifice discharge coefficient, for your flow rate this might be a trial and error solution.
