Ordinate dimension

Ordinate dimension is possible for linear dimension. Is ordinate dimension possible for angles?

Angular Ordinate dimensioning is NOT possible in NX yet, but in other CAD software.

I have never heard of angular ordinate dimensions nor do I think it is included in any drafting standard . . .
but I could be wrong here.
It looks like AutoCAD could have an angular ordinate dimension, but they are terrible at following drafting standards.
