I have utilized a remote fillbox for heating oil, This was for abovegrade oil fill box application. It was specified for pressure fill and since we stsrted oil delivery we had a problem filling at theregular rate that the oil trucks used to,

Also 61f-stop was specified as an overfill prevention mean, and I am not sure if it is to be used on underground Oil tanks.
