optical fiber peak power value detect instrument?

Hello,

I want to measure optical fiber peak power. There was a phased-out one by Adventest TQ8215 has this function as enclosed. The new type of this meter is TQ8250 without peak detection. Therefore I want to ask everone: Is there any similar instrument with optical fiber peak power detection? Thank you.
