operatory design

I have been ask to design and construct an operatory in an existing doctors office. I would appreciate any assistance any one can give me in the particulars of this project i.e. ventilation requirement, humidity, sanitary concerns, flooring types, minimizing infection. All help would be greatly appreciated. Please dont hesitate any help will benifit me.
