There are many fine, but old, texts on steam and gas turbines. I suggest that you start with Salisbury,J.K.; "Steam Turbines and Their Cycles"; John Wiley and Sons, Inc; 1950. Stodola, A.; "Steam and Gas Turbines"; Peter Smith; 1945

Thanks for the info. I've finally found my old thermo book. It had most of what I needed but I'll definitly keep my eyes open for one of the references on your list.
