open wye - "corner-gnd" wye

I have a customer to request grounded wye - grounded wye 480 volt service. A 1000 kVA y-gnd to y-gnd (277/480 volt) transformer has been installed. The electrician has wired the facility for corner grounded delta.

Take the secondary ground off and connect?
