Open from Teamcenter was unsuccessful - object reference not set to an instance

When I trying to open model from SWIM (Solidworks integration), error message (as below) is appear.

Open from Teamviewer was unsuccesful. Could not open models. SolidWork model RS-XXXX-XX STD XXXXX(lsdprt) --> Object reference not set to an instance of an object at TranscenData.SwimCore.CadPdmHandler._openCmdHandler(TagAC recvdCmd)

Please let me know, why this things happen?
