open/close IME ? 1

Does anyone know what this option does? It's in the RMB menu when editting dimension/hole callout text. Also, how about "reconversion"?

Have you tried clicking on it?

Most likely this is caused by another application installed on your machine and has nothing to with SW.

I clicked on open IME which didn't seem to do anything. If I RMB again the option then is close IME which didn't seem to do anything either. It's just something that I never noticed before.
