Open assy with .prt and.jt in NX9

Hi,

I hope to be clear

My customer gave me a folder with assembly.prt, many components.prt and also many components.jt (not components_jt.prt only .jt)

On the PC from my customer, NX open all th assembly (with from folder option)

On my PC NX is not able to find many components.jt (with from folder option)

I found a WA by opening some .jt file dans save it _jt.prt

Is there any setting to be able to open the assembly referencing to .prt and .jt (multi cad environment) ?

And is there a tricks to save all .jt in .prt ?
