Hi all,
Been trying to get Tangix TesterPro to run. Apparently has issues with our system here. Tangix has issued another "to fix" order. They told me I would be able to take the exam from home. Does the CSWA/CSWP care what version is running. I have '06 home.

No, I took it on '06 at work. You don't download any models, you just create geometry and answer questions.

Since they have the Multiple choice and modeling portions linked they can't stop you from investigating questions based on user interface. Also the pictures for the parts to model are sometimes not very clearly dimensioned and if the answer you get does not precisely match theirs check your model. I got one 5 point question on the CSWA wrong because I forgot one fillet feature.

According to some posts in thread559-199455, you don't even have to have SW loaded. Any MCAD software with FEA similar to COSMOS Express could be used. Models are neither downloaded nor uploaded.

Thanks to all.
Hope to get it done this week. New position Monday
