I am an experienced Primavera user and recently did some training. Problem was after the training class the "students" kept calling me with 'It'll just take a second' how-to's. I had not agreed to do this type of thing for free. Are there any other trainers out there that have a policy or rate for ongoing how-to's on the phone?
