AASHTO SECTION 6. 1 0. 7. 1 . 2—Nominal Flexural Resistance is Mn=Mp, or Mn is funtion of Mp. But, the question is, In a steel bridge girder with composite section, that satisfy the requirements wrote for compact sections and belongs to a SINGLE SPAN (sIMPLY SUPPORTED), must I to use those expresions to calculate the Resistance I limit state capacity, in which that (simply supported section) reach plastic moment capacity or must I limit de nominal capacity to My calculated (First yielding moment)?

For a compact section, you are allowed to use Mn as calculated using the equations, which will likely be beyond My. It will probably be limited by the service limit state of .95My.
