I have come across a reference to a formula that I can't track down. Specifically Roark's Formula's for Stress and Strain, 4th Edition, Page 354, Item s(34).

I have access to a 5th edition and a 6th edition. Anyone able to tell me the equivalent in one of these editions?

Thanks in advance...

It is the same as problem 21b table 35 on page 557 5th edition.
