Oily Water Sewer

I am civil engineer and I need to design a oily water sewer system I want to know about the standard which I follow to design it and what is the limit of horizontal distance for drain catch basin or manhole. IT is given in ARAMCO standard for Industrial drainage and sewer but I want proper reference of it from API or EPA or any other standard.
