Hi everyone,

I need to design a Gunbarrel tank, with some rare conditions, heavy emulsified oil and Output WC (water cut) around 25%. I wonder if someone had got the same problem and how you managed to solved it.
I'm trying to get a correlation between WC and the droplet size to be settled (Dp). I found one in “Surface Production Operations, Volume 1, Design of Oil Handling Systems and Facilities M. Stewart, K. Arnold.” but is out of it valid range (obtained for much lower WC)

Does anyone know other method or can suggest a different approach?

I been told there's a correlation than can suit this case in a Exxon mobil Tutorial "EPT 03-T-01"

I´d appreciate any advice and if someone could share EPT 03-T-01 with me.
Thanks in advance
Regards, Damián
