I would like to ask about a method by witch we can convert oil flow rate/volume from line condition to standard condition knowing that pressure is in standard condition/ atmospheric in both and we need to convert temperature.

Try this
the API manual of Petroleum measurement Standards is the key document used worldwide.

However the method and the standard conditions should be noted in your sales agreement.

BTW, it is " by which.." not "by witch" A witch is someone who rides around on a broomstick. Hope you don't mind the correction...

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Dear LittleInch,
Thanks for your feedback and i will checked the API manual and hope it contains the required tables & Shrinkage & Meter Factor,Shrinkage from Tables & Combined Meter Factor, KAT'Z charts.
Then, regarding the correction, sure its typing mistake and not intention or unknowing the right word.
Anyhow, thanks again.
