I was wondering if y'all had any rules of thumb or metrics for tracking construction project on upstream/midstream type construction projects. Do you total up all the pipe weld inches and track completed vs total? Linear feet of pipe laid and completed? Vessels set? There's a lot of things to tabulate and add up, but what have you all used to determine how close you are to starting up? Obviously I haven't mentioned E&I but that would be a part of it as well, instruments installed, conduit run, terminations, loops checked, etc.

Thanks in advance,
