Offshore pipeline compression cost

I am looking for a simple "rule of thumb" for first pass costing of offshore gas compression units (installed w/all associatred equipment). Unit capacity up to 2 BCFD, 1200 psig inlet, 3500 psig outlet, 250 mmscfd 3500 inlet 7000 psig outlet.
