Offset tolerance zone of a profile FCF? 1

Modifier with a circle U in ASME Y14.5-2009 invokes an offset tolerance zone, is there any equivalent modifier in ISO? What is the meaning of UZ[-0,25] in profile FCF? I believe it’s an ISO standard for the decimal comma point. Thanks for all help.
