Offset flushing port on 8" ASME B.16.5 , thread794-371342

Hi There;
I have seen two posts regarding offset hole in ASME flange 16.5 which makes them non compliance to flange code.
To find out whether we need to repad or not , I applied ASME Sec.VIII Div 1 UG-34 .
At the end , I came up with repad requirement.
I just wanted to share that with you because the other posts are closed.

Blind flange I suppose...

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand
