Offset curve that lies on a surface has a gap at one end touch other.

Hi gang it's me again with a problem; this is my problem. The last feature is an offset of a curve that is on a surface; Please notice both ends of the curve should touch the adjcent edges, one end is touching the edge of the surface. The other has a gap. It just pull away from the adject edge of the surface. I do not want the gap. Please advise me how to stop or fix.
I’m using wildfire 2.0 build m160
