Any tips on what can cause water in an internal distribution system to color a yellow green? The fixtures have been stained the color of mountaindew/mello-yello and when the pool was filled it also had the tint. These pictures are not after sitting inthe sun, it has just been filled. Water company says nothing unusual in its water. Can this come from reaction of hypochlorite in the water supply with something in the new tubing/piping or something else? any ideas?

That looks similar to water that has tannins in it. Usually found in surface water supplies but also from groundwater wells that are surface influenced. Most frequently found, as just one location for instance, in the State of Florida, USA.
