OCTG coupling- NACE MR0175

One of our customer is asking for product tubing pup joint with material of NACE MR0175 requirement. Also we have to provie coupling as made up. My question is this coupling MTC also has to satisfy the NACE requirement? Or mills are providing coupling with NACE specification? Anybody can help me on this?
