Qualifying a part I'm trying to assign the terminal ports of a multiport using the 'Create Arrays' function.
The documentation mentions only that
"Terminal ports define by reference to an instance array, both circular and rectangular." and that
"Terminal ports defined by instance arrays are useful when qualifying connectors with many pins."
which I agree considering that I need to define over 100 ports on one part and I really don't want to do that one by one!!!
Does this still work in NX9? Is there still a way to create a legacy instance array in NX9? The dialog prompts to select a 'Feature Array' and the selection of Geometry or Feature Patterns is not possible. See picture for a simple example...
