NX9 Drafting - Cannot Add Active Sketch View

Okay, what am I missing here? I am working on a drawing created by another user and when I right click on a view to insert a sketch, I don't have the "Active Sketch View" option on the menu. Other views already have sketches, so they show the Active Sketch View when I right click, but this view doesn't want to let me add a sketch to it.

One thing to add - it has a view break - does that mess things up for me?

Yup, that's what it was. If I suppress the break, I can sketch. Then I unsuppress it and I'm good.
