I am using NX8 at work and working with assemblies that uses components from different mapped hard drives in the firms own network,
Working with some assemblies is painful because whether i modify something in modelling or in drafting, the program freezes on the screen the "updating objects" is briefly displayed and sometimes it seems to re-search the loaded components.
Creating a spline or editing a hole can take a few minutes.
Is there a way to have the program not do the things described above and update or reload only when intended and not at every other action i perform.
