NX8.5 Parts List to Spread Sheet 1

We are using NX8.5 with Teamcenter.
Is there an easy way to export an assembly paets list to an Excel spread sheet ?

In addition to what I wrote above.
My coworker wants to do this from the ANT.

I can't speak from doing this Teamcenter, but from the NX Assembly Navigator (AKA 'ANT'), just place your cursor over some 'white space', press MB3 and select the 'Export to Spreadsheet' option.
