NX8.5 DRAFTING NOTE MENU

Is there any way to modify the drafting note menu in NX8.5? Specifically I would like the several of the tabs (origin, inherit, settings) to be collapsed.

Thanks for your reply. I apologize, I wasn't very clear with my question. I know I can manually collapse the menus, but I want them to be collapsed when I open the note icon.
This is what my Note menu looks like now:

and this is what I want it to look like (without manually collapsing sub-menus)

I've looked in customer defaults, and didn't find anything. I'm betting there is a file somewhere that I can edit to make this happen, I just don't know where.

Click the top left corner icon
And save your setting option

When you click on the top left Gearwheel you can save the menu in the state like you want it....
Basically it should do this automatically when you have selected the "Save layout at Exit" in Preferences
