NX7.5 relocating sketch entity

sometimes i locate a sketch in the plane by x,y coordinate, e.g. center of the circle. If i change x,y coordinates the circe will move but dimensions (say rad of the circle) will not, so i have to manually to reposition the dimensions.
This is a problem if i have to reposition hundreds of dimensions, each time i change sketch location.

Is there an option to move dimensions too when lines, .., moves?
Or can i lock dimensions position relative to entity (lines, arc, ..)

That capability if not supported with skerch 'dimensions'.
