My Heidenhain back ground is that the conversational was for shop floor and included a flex programming opition, which allowed various ways to program. However, we did develope a post which was Unigraphics (EIA/ISO) dependent. However, its been eons and I doubt that much would match. The machine also included a digitizing probe, but was limited in memory storage, if I recall right.
