NX4, Tabular Note: Can't edit last entry line.

This is the first time I have used Tabular Note function in NX4. I used it several times in NX2, but never had this problem.
I have created a tabular note with approx 20 rows and 6 columns, and inserted text in all the rows except the last one (bottom). When I try to select the cell to "Edit Text", the entire column highlights. Alternatively, when I try to select the row, the entire column highlights.
