NX1965(1953 series) Assy Nav

I have a component in Assembly Nav that will not display the mass. In the component file it shows the mass but not in the Assy file. Materials are assigned which are also showing in file properties.
Any ideas on what's going on?

I am working in TC 11.
The other components in the assy all have mass listed in assy nav.
