nx11, re-order expression groups, changing group levels

It is possible in NX11 to create expression groups inside of other expression groups. I've done this accidentally and would like to move them up to the top level, but the only option seems to be to drag them into another group. Does anyone know if it is even possible to move them up to the top level? A work around is to create a new group under the default group and move the expressions into the new group, then delete the old group.

Another question on the same line, is it possible in NX11 to re-order the groups? They seem to be listed in the order they are created, which isn't always the most organized.

OK, feeling dumb here, the "Group" column can be used to move groups as well as expressions to other groups including "Default Group". Ordering is still a question though.
