[tt]In NX tolerance type, reference dimension, what is diff between ǿ(x.xxx) and (ǿ x.xxx) OR R(x.xxx) and (Rx.xxx) ?[/tt]

Look at the location of the diameter or R symbol. I assume it is to satisfy different drawings and or dimensioning standards.
