NX relinking broken wave links automatically

Hi All,

I am trying to find away to re-link a large number of wave links.

I have a large assembly part with many links (too many to do it manually) I need to fix.

I am starting small on a trial assembly...

1 child component, with a block in it
1 parent part, with the block wave linked into it

(just go with me on the next bit) delete the child part from the assembly, then add it back in... it will break the link. Even though it is exactly the same part, NX will not automatically relink it.. annoying, but kind of makes sense.

I am looking at the 'General re-linker' tool, but just cannot make sense of how to us it.

any tips?
