NX Initialization Error

I'm wanting to edit a part family to add a couple more children. Problem is that every time I try to open up the model to get to the spreadsheet, NX refuses to open, giving an initialization error.

If you can't see the image, it says:

NE Initialization Error
Failed to retreive saved searches from TC.

I've tried running the TC cleanup and other remote servers. Another coworker has the same access and he's able to do it with no hitches. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm going to post this to the Teamcenter forum. The more I look at it, the more it looks like it's a problem on that end.
