Hi all,
We have a complex part that requires quite a few views and sections to manufacture.
The drafting was complete, and I was about to finish with labeling the views. However, I just noticed the 'I' letter has been skipped, and is considered an invalid character.
I saw that this ban could be overridden in customer defaults, and have done so. The file seems to still have it enabled as the label cannot be changed, however. I've also tried to remove the three or so instances of this interdiction in user preferences, to no avail. The file was reloaded every time.

Is there any way to avoid putting a "I'm too dumb to fix this" note in the corner stating "Label 'I' has been removed in accordance to ASME Y13.35M" ?
Thanks,
