NX ALL VERSIONS - DIMENSION END WRONG

Have any of you seen this before: sometimes, for unokwn reasons, NX is selecting the opposite end of a sketch curve while in Inferred Dimensioning...
I have attached a illustration herewith.

Never seen that before, but a question - why does the dimension have no P number? Is there something else going on?

It has no "p" number yet because it was not yet fully placed...

I have seen similar cases, but 99,99% of them have been the type that go away if i save the part, open the part in a new session.

If the error is still there in the new session, it's qualified for GTAC.
