Hello community,
I am currently using NX9. I am designing a corrugated tube routing. The corrugated tubing is nylon tubing that is formed from a continuous blow molding/extrusion process and then thermoformed into shape. Along this tube are D-shaped areas for orientation features for clamps. I was asked by the supplier of this tubing to provide the orientation of the flat areas to each other, in the unbent straight form the flats are not on the same orientation. I do not have a method to unbend the tube to get the angles so I am a bit at a loss on how to get the orientation correct in the unbent form.
-Thanks for any help.
