NX 8.5 with Excel 2016 - part families

Is there any workaround to get Excel 2016 to work with NX8.5 I need to create part family and hitting "Create" causes error message "Error recovery completed for the following error: Internal error"
PS. We had our workstations upgraded overnight. Function worked yesterday (Excel 2013), but fails today (Excel 2016).

I doubt it. NX 8.5 isn't certified to work with Excel 2016.

I just requested our IT do downgrade my Office to 2013.

Did you check the certification? If I'm correct with NX8.5 it's office 2010

For me the important thing is that it works with MSO 2013
