NX 8.5 Thermal Simulation Crashing

Hello Everyone,

My team and I are trying to run thermal simulations on our satellite model but the solution monitor keeps crashing. It correctly writes the elements and loads, but once the solution monitor is opens up, it crashes. The error displayed is "error loading command". I have attached a screenshot. If anyone has had any experience with this issue could you please lend a fellow engineer a hand ?

Dear Nexus,
The screen is useless, take a look to the *.LOG file located in the same directory of the *.SIM file, open it using any text editor and you will see described the reason of the error.

Its not very descriptive. Is there another way to track down the source of the error?

Hello!,
Send a copy of the model to SIEMENS GTAC support team, they will take care of it and will let you know what happens, and the reason of the error.
