NX 8.5 Sketch constraint settings ?

Used NX 8 for a while
Updated to 8.5, can't find the setting that allows me to constrain my sketch geometry to other edges of previously created objects?
I have inferred constraints and dimensions turned on, but it doesn't allow me to pick any previously created edges or geometry to constrain my current active sketch to

Check the "selection scope" dropdown, it may be set to "active sketch" instead of "entire part" (or something along those lines).

Not an idiot, this is new to NX 8.5. You didn't have to worry about it in NX 8.
